These Terms apply to:

  • The Undercharge Audit (Free Lead Magnet)

  • The Pricing Clarity Kit ($27)

  • Calm Ops™ ($297 beta pricing / $397 regular pricing)

  • Any future digital products or services I may offer

All products are delivered digitally through my chosen platforms (including Teachable, ConvertKit, or other third-party services).

Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

  • Payment is required in full before accessing paid products

  • I use Stripe for secure payment processing

  • Beta pricing is available for limited periods and may change without notice

  • I reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided on digital products once accessed. This includes:

  • Downloading any materials

  • Viewing course content

  • Accessing templates, worksheets, or other digital assets

  • Opening email sequences or digital deliverables

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand this policy and agree to it.

Your License to Use My Products

When you purchase my digital products, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal and business purposes only.

What You CAN Do:

  • Use templates, worksheets, and frameworks in your own bookkeeping business

  • Reference concepts and strategies in your own business operations

  • Keep materials for your ongoing reference and implementation

What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Uses)

  • Resell or redistribute any materials in any format

  • Share login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access

  • Create derivative works or competing courses based on my content

  • Teach my frameworks (including the PILLAR Method™ and TRUST Framework™) to others without written permission

  • Upload materials to file-sharing sites, torrents, or public repositories

  • Use materials to compete directly with my business or offerings

  • Reverse engineer my systems, processes, or methodologies to replicate my offerings

  • Sell my templates or worksheets as your own products

  • Use content to create your own bookkeeping education or training programs

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.

Account Access & Technical Issues

  • Platform Issues: For problems with course access, login issues, or technical difficulties on third-party platforms (like Teachable), contact the platform's customer support first

  • Content Issues: For questions about product content or materials, contact me directly

  • Download Issues: You are responsible for downloading and backing up your digital products promptly after purchase

I am not responsible for technical issues with third-party platforms, but I will assist where reasonably possible.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials and frameworks (including PILLAR Method™ and TRUST Framework™)

  • Templates, worksheets, and tools

  • Written content, videos, and audio materials

  • Branding and design elements

...are my exclusive intellectual property or used with proper licensing. Unauthorized use violates these Terms and applicable copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

My digital products are educational resources intended to provide business guidance for bookkeepers.

  • No Guarantees: I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from using my products

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for implementing advice and strategies appropriately in your business

  • Professional Advice: My products do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice

  • Limitation: My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product

Privacy & Data
